We are committed to making neuropsychological evaluations as accessible as possible. Our practice currently accepts Aetna and Cigna insurance providers. If you have an out-of-network insurance plan and would like to seek reimbursement for services, you may request a superbill.

To ensure you receive a comprehensive assessment, we offer the option to pay out of pocket for services not considered medically necessary by insurance.

School observations are typically not covered by insurance. However, they can provide valuable insight into a student’s school functioning and help inform tailored recommendations. This service is available for an additional fee.

Insurance covers standard feedback sessions, but some clients request follow-up meetings or separate feedback for family members. We offer these additional sessions for an out-of-pocket fee.
